made in the USA. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide the following limited warranty coverage for our products:

 

Classic Collection Warranty

  • Duration: 5 Years
  • Coverage: This limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

o Sagging: Indentations or sagging greater than 2 inches, provided the mattress has been used on a proper foundation.

o Coil or Spring Defects: Broken or malfunctioning coils/springs.

o Foam Breakdown: Significant deterioration of foam layers resulting in visible indentations or sagging.

 

Signature Collection Warranty

  • Duration: 10 Years
  • Coverage: This limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

o Sagging: Indentations or sagging greater than 2 inches, provided the mattress has been used on a proper foundation.

o Coil or Spring Defects: Broken or malfunctioning coils/springs.

o Foam Breakdown: Significant deterioration of foam layers resulting in visible indentations or sagging.

 

Premier Collection Warranty

  • Duration: 10 Years
  • Coverage: This limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

o Sagging: Indentations or sagging greater than 2 inches, provided the mattress has been used on a proper foundation.

o Coil or Spring Defects: Broken or malfunctioning coils/springs.

o Foam Breakdown: Significant deterioration of foam layers resulting in visible indentations or sagging.

 

Limited Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this limited warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Comfort preference or any other subjective issue.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts,

tears, liquid damage, or stains.

  • Damage caused by using an improper foundation, bed frame, or adjustable base.
  • Mattresses sold "as-is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "returned," "previously owned," or any

other similar wording indicating that the mattress is not "new" or of "first quality," or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

 

Zipper Cover for Seam Issues

If the seams of your mattress cover come off within the warranty period, we will send you a zipper cover at no additional cost. This solution is provided as a one-time replacement during the warranty period.

 

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Original Invoice Requirement: The original invoice is required for all warranty claims. Claims will only be accepted if the original invoice is mailed to us. Copies or electronic versions are not accepted. The invoice must match your ID information such as name, address, email, and phone number.
  2. Original Delivery Pictures: Email original pictures of the mattress taken at the time of delivery to Claims@PleasureBedding.com.
  3. Contact Us: After mailing the original invoice and emailing the delivery pictures, reach out to our customer service team at (972) 800-4090 with a description of the defect.
  4. Inspection: We may require additional photos or further inspection of the mattress to verify the defect.
  5. Resolution: If your claim is valid, we will provide a replacement or repair at our discretion. For seam issues, we will send a zipper cover as outlined above. Please note that each customer is allowed to make only one warranty claim per mattress during the warranty period.

Important Information

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
