Care Instructions:

Care & Maintenance

    •    Use a mattress protector or encasement to guards against spills, moisture, dust mites and general wear.  

•    Make sure the mattress is placed on a proper base/foundation (platform, slatted frame, box spring) that meets manufacturer’s requirements.  

    •    Rotate the mattress regularly to ensure even wear. For many mattresses: rotate 180° (head-to-foot) every 3-6 months. For two-sided mattresses also flip when applicable.  

    •    Clean the mattress surface periodically: vacuum the surface and sides, treat stains by blotting (not saturating) with a mild solution. Avoid soaking the mattress.  

    •    Air the mattress when you change bedding: let it breathe without sheets for a bit, especially if you’ve been using heavy covers or have a humid environment.  

    •    Do not expose to direct sunlight or excessive moisture and do not use harsh chemicals that can damage foam or latex layers.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
